Would you like to work with personal trainer but don’t think you can afford it? Call for a FREE week of gym passes (three visits) and find out just how good you can feel.

Our exercise physiologist, Jamie Murphy, graduated from UNCW with a degree in exercise science and biology. Jamie can assess your current physical condition, create a exercise strategy,  and assist you in achieving your training goals.

Once you complete your free week, senior and student plans are as follows:

Monthly Gym Pass – $100 (a $75 saving) Up to 6 Visits each month

Personal Training (one-on-one) – $25 per session, one hour each ($5.00 savings per session)
