Training and Fitness sessions are available in the gym at Shaver Chiropractic & Natural Medicine. Our exercise physiologist is prepared to design a program to meet your specific needs. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle or improve your overall physical function. We can design a program just for you.

Training sessions range from 15 minutes to 1 hour with emphasis placed on full body range of motion and core strength. Each workout is designed to help you meet your goals and to have fun while doing so.
