3 eggs 1 tablespoon cider vinegar ¼ cup olive oil
¼ raw local honey 1 ½ cup buttermilk, room temp. ½ potato starch
½ soy flour 2 cups white rice flour 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
1. Place all the ingredients into the bread maker and select the sweet bread cycle. Five minutes into the cycle, check the dough consistency. Add additional rice flour or liquid if necessary.
2. When bread if finished, allow to cool before removing from pan. Slice after completely cooled.
